What about your HRMS? Redundant data entry is frustrating and expensive, If you’re only using a job board, be sure to have a separate system in place to gather critical employee paperwork to maintain compliance.

Will I get the correct information, I need to make the right hire? The ‘easy apply’ trend has been fantastic for job seekers who can apply to multiple jobs in short order, but often employers need more info. Can the job board collect your entire application?

Is it possible to get the right candidates needed to make a hire from a single job board? The data displays that different job portals attract different pools of candidates. You must review your hiring data to see which job portal gives you the best quality candidates for hiring?

A couple of job boards work well in rural markets while others do well in big cities. The difference occurs based on the industry as well. One single job board cannot be perfect for all industries and markets, it’s the same as that there is no singular hiring process for all organizations.
